Delivery
Once you place your order and payment has been made, you will receive it within 2 weeks.
If you have selected pickup, we will notify you once your order is ready. Please call, text or email when you are able to pickup, to ensure someone is there when you come.
Quote for postage
Postage varies for different locations and different orders. In order to give you the most effective postage cost, we calculate this manually and use Australia Post, with a signature on delivery. You are welcome to select pickup at checkout and arrange your own courier.
Please do not make payment until you have been contacted with a quote. It is at our desecration to issue refunds and exchanges, if you should decide that the postage cost is to costly. As an example a medium size box being sent interstate is $28.00 postage.

We are always happy to call or email you or for you to call or email us, to give you all the information you need to buy the right size box for your birds and meet the needs of your birds. Talking to us before making a purchase is optional, however please keep in mind it is at our discretion to give you an exchange or return, based upon the reason.
